Warranty Terms

Elements covered by the warranty

An implant generally consists of three parts: the implant, the abutment, and the prosthetic tooth. Of these, the implant, which is placed in the bone by our physicians at our clinic, and the abutment, which integrates the implant and the prosthetic tooth, are covered by warranty at all times and under all circumstances, except for loss due to information the patient fails to disclose before treatment (systemic diseases, medical history, medication use, etc.). The prosthetic tooth placed on the implant abutment is not covered by the warranty, as it is used in the patient's mouth daily.

All composite fillings performed by our physicians at our clinic are unconditionally guaranteed.

Zirconium crowns performed by our physicians at our clinic are not covered by the warranty, as they are used daily.

Root canal treatments performed by our physicians at our clinic are guaranteed for a maximum of 5 years. Should any issues arise, we are always available to assist you with a solution.
